Order of Canada member Roxanne Joyal to deliver keynote address at KEV Group’s 14th Annual User Group Conference
Conference brings together School Cash users from across North America from April 11 – 13
TORONTO – March 13, 2018 – KEV Group, a leading education technology company and provider of the School Cash Suite, is pleased to announce that social entrepreneur Roxanne Joyal, CEO of ME to WE, and member of the Order of Canada, will deliver the keynote speech at the company’s 14th Annual User Conference in Toronto. ME to WE is an innovative social enterprise that empowers people to change the world with their everyday consumer choices.
As CEO of ME to WE, Joyal’s belief in the transformative potential of social enterprise has taken her from the villages of rural Asia and Africa to the top boardrooms and design showrooms of New York and Los Angeles. Through ME to WE Artisans, Roxanne has created an international market for the intricate handiwork of more than 1,400 indigenous women in Kenya, allowing them to lift their families out of poverty and establish themselves as leaders in their communities. In recognition of her work, the Governor General awarded Ms. Joyal the Order of Canada in 2017.
