How Gloucester County School District Doubled Adoption and Usage in Two Weeks

Gloucester County Schools in Virginia has been using SchoolFunds Online as their activity fee management software since 2015. In 2021, they added SchoolCash Online to ensure that they could continue to streamline and simplify their school activity fund management processes and payments.

In their inaugural year, they had limited adoption and usage by their parent/guardian community. So, for the 2022/2023 school year, they made driving SchoolCash Online adoption and usage a priority. By doing so, they saw a 120% increase in adoption and a 425% increase in usage in just two weeks.

Alberta Catholic School Division Leverages SchoolCash Online to Drive Online Payments and Maximize Efficiency

With a vision of cashless schools in mind, St. Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Separate School Division – located in central Alberta – sought an online payment solution that would allow parents/guardians to pay for their school fees through a secure, web-based platform. With its legacy accounting system approaching end of life, Vancouver School Board needed a new solution to manage activity funds across its 110 schools. After adopting the SchoolCash platform during the 2017/2018 school year, the Board realized major efficiencies through the solution’s automated capabilities and integrated online payments functionality.
