TORONTO, ON – August 7, 2024 — KEV Group, the leading provider of school activity fund management software, today announced that they have won a competitive bid to install their SchoolCash platform at Clark County School District (CCSD) in Las Vegas, Nevada. The contract runs through 2026 with an option to renew for an additional 8, one-year periods. CCSD, which serves nearly 300,000 K-12 students, is the largest school district in Nevada with more than 370 schools and $70 million in school activity funds annually.

Previously, CCSD relied largely on manual and paper-based processes that were costly and inefficient. With SchoolCash, the District will streamline its transparency, accountability, and controls while saving valuable staff time.
Most importantly, it will give CCSD’s parents/guardian community a convenient way to make online payments for all activity fund purchases in a single shopping experience. It will also free up time for teachers/sponsors and school bookkeepers, who won’t need to spend time handling cash while mitigating the costs and risks associated with cash collection.
