Greg Kent - Chief Financial OfficerGreg Kent is a veteran financial executive with more than 20 years of experience working with public and private companies and an extensive background in the technology industry. As Chief Financial Officer, he will be responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, cash management, and capital markets activities. Prior to joining KEV, Greg held CFO positions at Blueprint Software and Genesis Worldwide and was Vice President of Finance at Redknee. He is a certified Chartered Professional Accountant.

Amy Holland - Vice President of SalesAmy Holland has a proven track record as a sales and marketing executive in the educational software sector. As Vice President, Sales and Marketing, she will be responsible for developing KEV’s sales strategy, managing the sales team, lead generation, and overseeing marketing activities. Amy has more than a decade of experience in senior sales and marketing roles in the edtech space, most recently managing K-12 sales and marketing at Blackbaud based out of the greater Washington, DC area.
