Implementation of school activity fund management software will create an integrated system to improve productivity and enhance transparency
TORONTO, ON – December 16, 2020 — KEV Group, the leading provider of school activity fund management software, today announced that Saskatchewan Rivers Public School Division (SRPSD) has selected the SchoolCash platform to automate its process for collecting and managing activity funds.
SRPSD is a public school division responsible for the education of over 9,000 students that employs 475 teachers, and 365 support personnel. The Division operates 32 schools in The City of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan and surrounding areas.
Once implemented, SchoolCash will allow SRPSD to collect, manage, track, and reconcile activity funds in a single, integrated system, replacing many of the manual tasks currently performed by staff and teachers. It will also give their parent/guardian community a fast, safe, and convenient way to pay for school activity fees.

Beginning in early 2021, SRPSD will work closely with KEV to implement SchoolCash through a phased approach involving a needs assessment, technology installation, testing, and training based on user roles and responsibilities.
