Work Style
Other than remote field positions, we have chosen a hybrid working style across our offices in Toronto, Cambridge, Wilmington, Puyallup, and Sacramento. Three days in office and two optional remote days give us the best of all worlds. We believe great work happens when people can work together in person and have the flexibility needed to manage their personal lives (and limit commute times!).
